Felix De Luxe was a Hamburg pop group with German lyrics around the singer, poet, composer and arranger Michy Reincke. The band existed from April 1983 to January 1989 and became known in 1984 with the hit Taxi to Paris. After the band disbanded, guitarist Franz Plasa was able to make a name for himself as a producer, including for Selig. In 2008, the band came together again for a tour under the title 25 Years of Taxi to Paris.
