Zventa Sventana is a Russian musical project by Tina Kuznetsova and Yuri Usachev, the founder of the group "Guests from the Future". In December 2019, the MTV Russia TV channel recognized Zventa Sventana as the "Musician of the Year". The team rethinks folklore and adapts it for the modern listener. The tracks of Zventa Sventana are based on archival folk songs collected by Russian folklorists from the end of the 19th century to the end of the 1970s. The group works with a variety of genres and mixes folklore with electronic music, indie pop, hip hop, neo-classical and other genres.
